1. Service Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the work has commenced to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Once the project or service has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
  • Before Work Commencement: 100% refund will be processed.
  • After Work Commencement: Refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis depending on the amount of work completed.
  • Completed Services: No refunds will be issued once the service has been fully delivered.
3. Subscription Services (if applicable)
  • For recurring services such as Social Media Management or SEO packages, clients must request cancellation at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has started.
4. Non-Refundable Services
  • Customized design work, branding materials, and completed digital marketing deliverables are non-refundable once approved or delivered.
5. Cancellation by Company
  • JAYFLEX GRAPHIC (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, policy violations, or non-cooperation from the client.
  • In such cases, a fair refund will be provided based on the work completed.
6. Processing of Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
