1. Nature of Services

As we offer digital services (Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, SEO, and Graphic Design), there are no physical products to return. Hence, the term “returns” applies only to service-related concerns.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Commencement:
    A full refund (100%) will be issued if the cancellation request is made before the project or service has started.
  • After Work Commencement:
    Refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis, depending on the amount of work completed.
  • Service Not Delivered:
    If we fail to deliver the agreed service (due to our fault), a full or partial refund may be issued accordingly.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Once the service has been fully delivered
  • If the client has approved the work
  • Delay or failure caused due to lack of communication or incomplete input from the client
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • For customized design work already created and shared

4. Subscription Services

For recurring services (such as Social Media Management or SEO packages):

  • Clients must request cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has started

5. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to jayflexpvtltd@gmail.com
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to contact us first to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution.
